• Authentication Data: When you create an account, we store your email address (magic link sign-in) or a unique identifier (for Google/Apple Sign-In). We use Supabase Auth to process this data securely. • Trip Data: Destinations, dates, travel preferences, and generated itineraries. This data is linked to your account to provide the service and manage your quotas. • Usage Data: Number of trips generated and interactions with partner links. This data is used exclusively for anti-abuse protection and is linked to your account. • Technical Data: IP address and browser user-agent, automatically collected by our hosting provider (Vercel) for security and essential service delivery.
Your data is used exclusively to: • Generate your personalized travel plans. • Manage your user account and enforce our anti-abuse policy (quota management). • Respond to your support requests. • Improve the Travia service (anonymized statistics only). We never sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for commercial purposes.
• Account Data: Stored for as long as your account exists. You can delete your account at any time from your settings. • Standard Plan Itineraries: Automatically and permanently deleted 90 days after your trip's return date. Itineraries with no set return date are kept until you delete them yourself, or until they are automatically replaced under the free plan's limit of 3 active itineraries. Only your last 3 active itineraries are retained. • VIP Plan Itineraries: Stored indefinitely. If your subscription ends, your data is locked and becomes inaccessible until you re-subscribe. • Account Deletion: All personal data is permanently deleted within 30 days of your deletion request.

Travia does not use cookies. To keep you signed in and to remember your preferences (language, currency, and the answers to a trip you have not finished), we store data locally in your browser using localStorage and sessionStorage. This data stays on your device, is never sent to advertisers, and is cleared when you sign out or clear your browser data. We use no advertising or tracking technology of any kind.
• Vercel Inc. (USA): Hosting of the website and its frontend. • Railway Corp. (USA): Hosting of our application backend. • Supabase, Inc. (USA): Authentication and database hosting (GDPR compliant). • Stripe: Payment processing for subscriptions. Your card details are entered on Stripe's own systems and are never seen or stored by Travia. • Groq (GroqCloud): AI processing for travel plan generation and research agents. • Photon / Komoot (Germany): Place-name search. When you type a city in the trip form, your browser queries this service directly, which means your IP address and the text you type reach it in real time. • Open-Meteo: Weather data (no personal data transmitted). • Affiliate Partners (ZenHotels, Klook, Tiqets, Airalo, QEEQ, LocalRent, EconomyBookings, Auto Europe, Kiwitaxi, Radical Storage, AirHelp, Ferryhopper, SafetyWing): We provide direct links to their official websites.
